In Season 5 Episode 11, It was, obviously, disappointing and disturbing for Denny to come to know that his Alzheimer’s disease was continuously progressing. It was Alan who brought the matter into the consideration of the Massachusetts Supreme Court when FDA didn’t allow Denny to go for an experimental drug which could help to slow down the disease. On the other hand, it was the return of the murderous Catherine Piper. An ambitious student was debarred after she was found guilty of using some brain-enhancing medicines in the SAT. She still was trying to get accepted to Harvard and Jerry and Katie took on her case to help her.
